I believe that God created us all with greatness inside of us and He wants us to achieve, do and experience all the wondrous things there are in the world. However, sometimes we let the world, the people around us or even ourselves convince us that we are facing circumstances too large to overcome and we end up losing sight of what we wanted and what the Lord had planned for us.
One of the first ways I help my clients to surpass these obstacles is simple: I dare them to dream. If you could have exactly what you wanted, what would that look like? You have your life now which is all well and good, or, it may be well short of what you had envisioned for yourself. But in our appointments, we will take a closer look at what would make your life great and start implementing the tools to get you on your way there.

Most recently, I have over 8 years experience as a personal trainer and over the last few years have added experience as a public/motivational speaker and a Certified Professional Coach to aid with the goal of serving more people.
